This online training course is designed for individuals seeking ASSE 6040 certification as Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel. The course provides essential knowledge on the maintenance and troubleshooting of medical gas and vacuum systems in healthcare facilities, following NFPA 99 guidelines. Participants will learn safe practices for maintaining system components, responding to alarms, and ensuring ongoing compliance and reliability of medical gas systems.
Requirements:
Minimum of four (4) years of documented practical experience in the installation of plumbing or mechanical systems
Successful completion of a 32-hour training course conducted by an ASSE 6050-certified Medical Gas Systems Instructor
